Job: Receptionist

Tasks:

  • Answer calls professionally and transfer immediately to the persons concerned.
  • Manage a phone system to multiple lines.
  • Keep online waiting time to a minimum and return to the call often to tell the interlocutor bother with and see if he still wants to wait.
  • Screen calls directors as directed.
  • Take messages making sure to specify the details as possible (time of call, name, phone number, reason for the call, etc.), repeating the numbers to ensure they are accurate and route messages to the persons concerned as soon as possible.
  • Check the proper operation of telephone lines and call the service center to resolve any problem.
  • Sort, photocopying and word processing as required.
  • Enter data in the customer database and prepare weekly reports on potential  customers to the needs of managers.
  • Enter data and to update some of computerized documents.
  • Know the details of the concession (address, email, website, etc.) and employee contact information.
  • Perform other administrative duties as the concession requirements.
  • Know the In Design program is an asset.
  • Know Graphic design is an asset.

Permanent, From Monday to Friday
Salary $ 13.00
