Our client is a renowned company in Ville Saint-Laurent and is seeking someone to fill the position of PERMANENT and FULL-TIME receptionist! 

Administrative tasks:

  • Receive and handle calls.
  • Greet clients.
  • Handle mail and emails.
  • Provide support to the accounts payables department.
  • Handle visitors’ questions.
  • Write emails, letter, etc.
  • Manage inventory and order office furniture.
  • Any other tasks required for the position.

Requirements:

  • Good level of bilingualism– excellent French and English.
  • Knowledge in SAP (an asset).
  • High school diploma required.
  • Extensive knowledge in MS Office.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position.

Salary: 15$ per hour

Schedule: Day / 8:30 AM to 5 PM / Monday to Friday
