Our client is a company in Laval looking for a cheerful and professional person to fill the position of receptionist.

Administrative tasks:

  • Greet visitors.
  • Answer incoming calls and transferring them.
  • Manage internal and external mail services.
  • Keep the office and conference rooms in order.
  • Maintain common areas.
  • Order office furniture.
  • Follow-up on accounts receivable.
  • Enter data in the system.
  • Classify files.
  • Write many documents.

Requirements:

  • Excellent knowledge in MS Office.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar position.

Salary: 15$ per hour

Schedule: Day / 8:30am to 4:30pm

Status: Temporary, indeterminate
