Our client located in Downtown Montreal is looking for a full cycle accounting clerk for a 1 year Maturity Replacement. Previous experience working in the real estate Industry is required. 

Responsibilities:

  • General accounting duties; Month end/ Year End,GST & QST & payroll.
  • Year End Audit File  
  • Must have previous experience dealing with multiple companies. 
  • Lease preparation
  • Deal with tenant issues/ phone calls, inquiries etc.
  • Must show office space to potential tenants

Qualifications:

  • 3 years of full cycle accounting experience  
  • Must have advanced Excel knowledge 
  • Knowledge of HOPEM Software Package will be considered an asset. 
  • Must have impeccable English writing skills 

Salary 40,000
