We are looking for an experiential project manager for one of our prestigious clients. This will enrich its customer service and create a unique approach in North America. Come make a difference!

Main tasks and responsibilities:

• Create and introduce the team
• Plan hires and profile evaluation
• Plan and coordinate the execution
• Ensure a consulting service and a project management of great value
• Play a key role in communicating with clients
• Write and follow-up on the schedule, budget and information report
• Manage the planning, recommendations and some strategic aspects
• Create distinctive and create experiences
• Ensure that the project participants are efficiently collaborating and communicating with each other
• Manage agreements with different external suppliers
• Oversee that the members of your team are giving their all
• Answer and exceed project expectations
• Find opportunities for continuous project improvements

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, business administration or other similar field
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a project manager, with minimum 3 years of experience in marketing
• Experience in organizing events and managing experimental and promotional projects
• Experience managing a team of 20 to 40 people
• Knowledge in sponsorships (an asset)
• Bilingualism (French and English) spoken and written
• Occasionally available during the evening and weekends
• Good knowledge in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, etc.)

Other information:

• Salary: Very competitive, based on the candidate’s experience
• Schedule: Day / 40 hours per week
• Status: two year mandate and a possible extension and/or other opportunities
