Payroll Customer Service Clerk # 2064

We are looking for a payroll clerk to complete our Laval team. The main tasks will be related to payroll production (high volume).

Main tasks:   

• Answer and deal with calls and emails from consultants, employees and clients concerning the payroll;
• Give a customer service like no other to internal and external employees;
• Replace payroll team members when necessary;
• Do other tasks related to the position

Requirements:

• Vocational Studies Diploma in accounting.
• 6 months to 1 year of experience in payroll.
• Experience in customer service.
• Bilingualism – spoken and written.
• Great knowledge in MS Office (Excel, Word and Outlook).
• Knowledge in the payroll system (NAV, Vision, Titan).

Salary: 14$ to 15$ per hour, based on experience + social benefits.

Schedule: 40 hours per week.
