Our client is seeking a self-sufficient strong and professional person to fill the position of paymaster for their Laval office.

Main functions:

• Handle the pay of around 300 employees; one part syndicated and the other not
• Confirm reports of the general ledger.
• Manage vacation banks.
• Handle taxable benefits and deductions.
• Follow-up on group insurance (subscriptions and withdrawals).
• Prepare the end of year/month.
• Prepare and verify T4 summaries and statements.
• Prepare other analysis and reports regarding the pay.

Requirements:

• Minimum five years of experience in handling the payroll.
• CPA certification (an asset).
• Knowledge in the Desjardins system (Employer D) or the ADP system (a great asset).
• Knowledge in Excel (advanced).
• Knowledge in equivalence factors (RRSP).
• Function English (an asset).

Salary: 60 000$ per year

Schedule: Day / 40 hrs per week

Status: Permanent
