Urgent! Our client is seeking a person with extensive experience in human resources, mainly in managing OSH cases for their sector inn Anjou.

Administrative tasks related to OSH:

  • Regularly meet the injured employees and follow-up.
  • Complete the required documents and keep the files up to date.
  • Investigate accident cases.
  • Write accident reports.
  • Audit the inspection lines.
  • Write a weekly summary.
  • Present the results of the OSH cases in different forms (graphs, etc.)
  • Gather and present the statistics to the people involved.
  • Ensure that the lockout procedure is followed.
  • Any other tasks required for the position.

The ideal candidate will:

Requirements:

  • Extensive knowledge in MS Office, mainly Excel.
  • Experience in ADP, an asset.
  • Extensive knowledge in health and safety.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar position.
  • Good level of bilingualism – spoken and written.
  • Being available for a contractual position of about one month.

Salary: 25$ to 29$ per hour

Schedule: Day / 8:30 AM to 4 PM / 37.5h per week

Status: Temporary – 1 month contract
