Our client is a paper distributor in Lachine and is currently looking for someone who is bilingual, precise, committed and hard-working to be their order entry/process clerk for 2-3 months. If you think you have what it takes, what are you waiting for!

Tasks:

• Register orders in the computer system.
• Handle incoming calls (low amount) and answer clients’ questions.
• Solve problems concerning delivery delays.
• Manage and follow-up on inventory.
• Support sales representatives.
• Create a trusting relation with clients.
• Do other tasks related to the position.

Requirements:

• High school diploma completed.
• At least 2 years of experience in a position in customer service/administration.
• Experience in distribution, an asset.
• Experience in order entry/process in the manufacturing industry, essential.
• Great knowledge in MS Office.
• Bilingualism, mandatory – spoken and written.

Salary: 17$ per hour

Schedule: 8:30am-5:30pm / 40h per week

Status: temporary (2-3 months)
