Our client is a manufacturing company and is seeking an order coordinator for their office in Ville Saint-Laurent.

Administrative tasks:

• Validate forms and coordinate orders.
• Answer customer calls (questions about the account, follow up problems, etc.).
• Be in contact with the Toronto office every day.
• Balance the merchandise reception forms and send them to the head office.
• Approve invoices.
• Enter data in the in-house software.
• Carry out payment agreements.
• Handle the accounts receivable and contact the late customers.
• Carry out any other tasks required for the position.

Requirements:

• Good knowledge in MS Office.
• Knowledge in the All Orders and Quickbooks software (an asset).
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar position.
• Experience in the field of manufacturing, essential.
• Bilingualism, essential (a lot of communication with the head office in Toronto).

Salary: 17.50$ to 19.50$ per hour

Schedule: Day / 8 AM to 4 PM / Monday to Friday

Status: Temporary
