An amazing distribution company is currently hiring for an order and billing clerk. Do you have strong skills in creating business relations, are meticulous and are known for you sense of humour? You might be the person we are looking for to fill this position!

Main tasks:

  • Receive, take orders and save them in the system (Telephone, email, fax and website);
  • Verify the availability of the merchandise – Suggest an equivalent product when broken;
  • Respect the lines of credit appropriated to the retailers;
  • Follow-up on the order processing;
  • Confirm with clients the delivery times and contact them about any changes;
  • Coordinate the carriers for deliveries;
  • Keep the clients’ files up to date (delivery and billing address, contact person, etc.);
  • Manage and coordinate the problems related to credit and order releases;
  • Create and keep the list of prices/products up to date and send them to clients;
  • Issue invoices related to orders and proceed to checkout;
  • Find solutions to problems regarding orders;
  • Write many reports and automated debriefings.

Related tasks:

  • Greet visitors;
  • Answer calls redirected to your poste;
  • Clerical tasks like classifying invoices, sending account statements, etc.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma;
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar position (processing orders and invoices);
  • Extensive knowledge in MS Office;
  • Excellent level of bilingualism.

Salary: 35 000$ per year

Schedule: 8:30 AM to 5 PM or 9 AM to 5 PM / 37.5h per week
