Our client is a company well-known in the fashion industry and is currently looking for someone who is precise, committed and efficient to be their office clerk in their Montreal office.

Main tasks:

• Prepare different documents and enter them in the computer system;
• Classify documents;
• Data entry;
• Shipping follow-ups;
• Other tasks related to the position.

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of experience in administrative support.
• High school diploma completed.
• Very comfortable using computers.
• Essential bilingualism (mandatory).
• Excellent knowledge in MS Office.

Salary: 13$ per hour.

Schedule: Day, from 8am to 12:30pm (Monday to Friday)

Status: Temporary for an indefinite amount of time.
