Tasks description:

  • Handle mail;
  • Replace the receptionist;
  • Take care of deliveries and errands for the different departments;
  • Help with general office management (moving offices, etc.);
  • Order office furniture;
  • Enter data, prepare reports and organizational charts, calculation sheets;
  • Support and plan internal events;
  • Take care of mail and classify documents;
  • Provide administrative support to the departments.

Requirements:

  • DCS, ACS or DVS in accounting or administration;
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience;
  • Perfectly bilingual;
  • Excellent knowledge in Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
  • Able to quickly learn how to use other software, when needed;
  • Access to a vehicle;
  • Punctuality, attention to detail and precision.

The ideal candidate will be:

  • Punctual;
  • Responsible.

Salary: 15$ per hour.

Schedule: 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday to Friday (37.5 hours/week).

Status: Temporary, long term.
