Our client, a health organization, is currently looking for a medical secretary for a replacement for an undetermined duration.

Administrative tasks:

  • Answer telephone calls and patients’ questions.
  • Welcome the patients in a professional manner and with a smile.
  • Make and confirm appointments.
  • Answer efficiently the doctors’ requests.
  • File and keep up to date patients’ files.
  • All other required tasks.
