An incredible company in retail, that got a solid reputation on the market, is currently hiring to grow their import-export team. We are seeking someone who is known for their self-sufficiency, priority management and professionalism like no other.

Your role:

  • Research forwarder charges and negotiate costs.
  • Approve the reservations made with forwarders.
  • Follow up on current shipments and document the computer files.
  • Prepare and verify all documentation for shipment and customs.
  • Verify and approve invoices related to transport and customs.
  • Manage the courier service Outre-mer via FedEx.
  • Manage and follow up on files for returns, trade agreement, etc.
  • Calculate the cost price of the merchandise received.
  • Collaborate with the accounting department.
  • Any other similar tasks related to import/export.

Requirements:

  • DCS in administration or a training in transport logistics.
  • Extensive knowledge in international shipping and customs documentation.
  • Extensive knowledge in MS Office.
  • Knowledge of SAP – an asset
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar position (transport/logistics)
  • Experience in retail -an asset
  • Knowledge in the code H.S (textile and clothing chapter) – an asset
  • Perfectly bilingual.

Salary: 45 000$ to 50 000$ per hour

Schedule: Day / 35h per week

Status: Permanent
