SEVA, a new residence for retirees that will officially open March 1st, 2018, is currently looking for six (6) janitors to join their maintenance team as of December. Your challenge:

• Carry out heavy-duty maintenance in the residence’s indoor and outdoor common areas to ensure the orderliness, cleanliness and proper upkeep of the spaces;
• Carry out preventative maintenance of equipment and systems;
• Assist residents with any maintenance issues that are the residence’s responsibility;
• Help prevent accidents and ensure the safety of the premises.

Requirements:

• DVS in General Building Maintenance and/or Hygiene (asset);
• Basic knowledge of plumbing and electricity;
• Experience using hand tools;
• Have no legal impediment related to the position.

Salary: To be discussed

Schedule: Full-time / Day, evening or night / Every other weekend

Status: Permanent / Job start December 11, 2017
