Our client in the transport industry is currently looking for an invoice clerk to work 30 to 40 hours per week in their Dorval office.

The main tasks consist of:

• Entering the data in the computer system.
• Entering the invoicing information of the bills of lading (waybill).
• Verifying and ensuring the accuracy of the data.
• Respecting the deadlines.
• Spotting errors and correcting them.
• Receiving the drivers and performing the required verifications.  
• Executing all other required tasks.

Requirements:

• Has to have access to a vehicle.
• Typing speed of at least 40 words per minute.
• Good level of bilingualism, especially written (essential).
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in the transport industry, an asset.
• Knowledge of Truckmate, a big asset.

Salary: 15$ per hour

Schedule: Day and evening, schedule to be confirmed, 30 to 40 hours per week
