Industrial staff consultant # 2024

Bedard Resources is currently hiring for its industrial division in Montréal. Grab this opportunity to join a dynamic team!

We are actively looking for a consultant who will be in charge of the staffing and of the management of the receiving team for one of our most important client located in Montréal. You will also have to take charge of other clients and offer them a complete customer service.

Main tasks: 

• Take care of the complete staffing process;
• Identify the client’s needs;
• Prepare publications for positions to fill;
• Proceed to screening, recruitment, welcoming and staffing of our personnel according to the client’s specific criterias;
• Fix all related issues regarding paycheck, absences and vacations of our staff;
• Be the go-to person in case of a work-related incident or injury;
• Provide daily coaching on the work site to ensure the implementation of safe handling techniques;
• All other tasks required by the position.

Requirements:

• High school degree completed.

Salary: Base salary to be discussed + Social advantages.

Schedule: Day shift / Full time.
