Our client is a great company in Old Montreal and is currently looking for a multi-skilled and efficient person to fill the position of assistant in the human resources department. The company offers a competitive salary, bonuses, a full-range of social benefits and a defined benefit pension plan.

Working closely with the human resources director and the vice-president, the task are mostly to:

  • Manage the agenda, emails and calls;
  • Coordinate meetings: preparing and sending documents, etc.;
  • Manage the logistics of business trips;
  • Handle expense accounts and prepare the billing;
  • Help the planning and logistics of special events and trips;
  • Be the resource person for different files and link them to different participants;
  • Take part of the complete recruitment process: create the tasks description, publish job offers, identify potential candidates on different networks, etc.;
  • Coordinate telephone and in-person interviews to ensure that the adequate pre-selection tests are sent to the candidates;
  • Write, revise and layout many documents;
  • Be the contact person for speakers in or outside the company;
  • Update the list of contacts;
  • Follow-up on orders ;
  • Complete other related tasks required for the position.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position;

Salary: 53 000$ to 60 000$ per year plus bonus.

Schedule: Day, 37.5 hours per week.

Status: Permanent.
