Working in close collaboration with the Service Directors and Chiefs, your work will consist of:

• Being responsible for the complete allocation cycle: job postings, preselection, telephone and in-person interviews, referencing, hired, create a file, greet and integrate candidates, etc. ;
• Answering employees’ questions concerning vacations, work equipment and other;
• Being the resource person for Health and Safety files;
• Completing forms, investigating and following-up on work accidents;
• Controlling employees’ attendance and punctuality, and taking necessary measures;
• Always updating employees’ files;
• With service chiefs, evaluating performance and determining salary increases;
• Doing other tasks required for the position.

Requirements:

• University degree in human resources or equivalent;
• At least 4 to 6 years of experience in a generalist position;
• Experience in a similar field, an important asset;
• Excellent knowledge in MS Office;
• Excellent level of bilingualism, spoken and written.
