This position requires reporting to the CA.

Main functions:

  • Prepare and sales and marketing plan: market study, price, promotion/publicity and communication.
  • Direct the establishment’s marketing strategies based on the clientele’s inclination and established development plans.
  • Ensure that everything in the establishment is running smoothly.
  • Carry out the development of new markets
  • Come up with innovative ideas to increase the hotel’s popularity.
  • Ensure client satisfaction.
  • Be in charge of the following services: employee management, marketing, customer service, governance, concierge service, reception and accounting.
  • Create plans and objective follow ups.
  • Follow-up on revenues and budget your departments.
  • Know the current projects to ensure that they are going smoothly.
  • Make sure that an impeccable service is given to customers.
  • Carry out any other tasks required for the position.

Requirements:

  • University or college studies in administration or marketing - preferred.
  • Five (5) years of experience as general manager, coordinator in the hotel catering field of similar.
  • Four (4) years of experience in business development and communication.
  • Experience in staff management.
  • Ability to manage the human resources and accounting.
  • Availability aside from work hours (weekends)

Salary: 70 000$ to 85 000$ per year (salary with bonus)

Schedule: Variable schedule
