The most important Canadian tire distributor with over 20 distribution centers, our client is an unavoidable player on the Canadian market of tire sales, whether it be for car dealers or even sales outlets on the Canadian market.

Our important client, located in Montreal, is currently looking for a candidate for a forklift driver- order picker position.

In a friendly environment, you will have to:

• Ensure merchandise reception.
• Operate specialized lifting equipment.
• Prepare delivery vehicles according to work orders.
• Enter articles in the warehouse management computer system.
• Load and unload delivery trucks.
• Move products in the warehouse with a lifting machine.
• Enter products in the inventory with a radio frequency scanner.
• Do maintenance tasks in the workplace.
• Inspect and report all malfunctions on the lifting machinery.

Requirements:

• Experience in the stand-up elevating machinery field.
• Competency card confirming your training to safely drive an elevating machine.
• Be a go-getter and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Be constantly oriented to clients’ needs and with attention to detail.
• Be reliable, rigorous and able to take initiative.

Salary: 16$ to 17$ per hour

Schedule: Day, evening and weekend shifts / Overtime required.

Status: Temporary with possible extension
