Food production machine operator #460

You will have to more specifically:

• Ensure that the equipment is installed properly and the operation setting is fitting to the process.
• Observe and correct machine programs according to the products made.
• Verify production planning and quality control.
• Fill out logs on weight, temperature and product measurements in manufacturing.
• Work the machines that extract, refrigerate, freeze, pasteurize, cook and dry products (according to the stage of the manufacture).
• Approve production according to quality standards.
• Observe the machines during the process to make sure everything works smoothly.
• Verify the weight and coordinate with the clerks at the conveyor for changes in the lots.
• Make necessary adjustments during product non-compliance.

Requirements:

• High school diploma completed.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position.
• Knowledge of hygiene and cleanliness standards (HACCP).
• Able to work in a chilly environment.
• Access to a vehicle, an important asset.

Salary: 18,50$ to 19$ per hour

Schedule: Night, midnight to 6:30am.

Status: Long-term.
