The main tasks consist of taking part in different production steps: cutting, evisceration, quality control, respecting HACCP standards, keeping the workplace clean, following hygiene standards, and occupational health and safety standards, as well as completing any other tasks related to the position.

Requirements:

Butcher training (an asset) / Ability to provide some physical effort and to use a knife / Being able to work in the cold / Ability to properly distinguish colours / Access to a vehicle / Interest in the food industry and being able to work in a place where there will be animal blood.

Salary: 14$ per hour, must be available for overtime.

Schedule: Day shift, Monday to Friday.

Status: Full time, 40h, strong possibility of hire.
