Our client is looking for a resourceful and professional person to fill the position of executive assistant for their office in St-Jean-Jean-sur-Richelieu.

Administrative tasks:

  • Manage the agenda.
  • Receive and transfer calls, mail and emails.
  • Write mail and many reports.
  • Organize and attend certain meetings.
  • Write minutes of proceedings.
  • Send inside orders to the right participants.
  • Handle expense accounts.
  • Support the accounting department.
  • Other tasks required for the position.

The ideal candidate will:

  • Have perfect knowledge in Office and generally be comfortable using computer programs.
  • Have a strong sense of organization.
  • Have excellent writing skills in French.
  • Be independent, discreet, tact and multi-skilled.

Requirements:

  • Excellent knowledge in MS Office.
  • Experience in accounting, an asset.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar position.
  • Excellent French grammar.

Salary: 38 000$ to 45 000$ based on experience and qualifications

Schedule: Day / 9am to 5pm  

Status: Permanent
