The estimator will mainly have to evaluate the prices to do the installations for exterior cladding for our residential / commercial customers based on the plans, sketches and given quotes.

Tasks:  

• Estimate the material and human resources necessary according to the plans.
• Manage and modify contracts if need be.
• Quantify the exterior cladding materials.
• Visit the field in order to find relevant information to make the quote.
• Ensure that everything on the field is working properly.
• Take part in meetings regarding the projects.
• Carry out any other similar tasks.

Requirements:  

• Training in estimation or any other relevant training.
• Can easily work with heights.
• 5 years of experience in estimating (field of roofing – an asset).
• Experience in sales.
• Extensive knowledge in Microsoft Office.
• Excellent bilingualism.
• Valid Class 5 license.
• ASP license.

Salary: 45 000$ per year

Schedule: Day / 6 AM to 4 PM
