Our client is a company in Vaudreuil-Dorion, growing in the transport industry and is looking for a dispatcher.

Tasks:

• Take telephone calls.
• Call carriers interlining for pickups.
• Follow-up on emails.
• Enter data at the security fence.
• Confirm documents, hours and signatures.
• Control waiver of the court / YMT board.
• Waiver refrigerated units in the YMT system.
• Call shippers.
• Coordinate the documents required for shipments to the United States.
• Scan and classify files.

• Complete other similar tasks.

Requirements:

• 3 to 5 years of experience road transport division.
• Good knowledge of the transport industry.
