Our client is an incredible custom-made manufacturing company located in the industrial district of Laval. Our client is currently looking for a specialist in customer service who wants to join their team for long-term.

Without restricting yourself, you will mainly have to:

• Always provide an exemplary customer service (by telephone, email and in person).
• Consult clients on their choice of products and understand their needs.
• Take down orders and register them in the order system.
• Make sure to follow-up on order treatment (internal and with the clients).
• Create electronic invoices for the clients.
• Work with different departments of the company (purchases, sales, production, etc.)
• Do other tasks related to customer service required for the position.

Requirements:

• High school diploma completed.
• Vocational Studies Diploma in design / interior decoration – an asset.
• Good knowledge in software tools.
• A considerable amount of experience in customer service.
• Good level of bilingualism – an asset.

Salary: 14$ to 15$ per hour.

Schedule: Day, from Monday to Thursday from 7:30am to 4:30pm and Friday from 7:30am to 4pm – 40 hours per week.
