• Manage and develop customer relations.
• Enter data for customer orders in the different systens.
• Answer and coordinate different information requests by the customers.
• Ensure the follow up of files.
• Work closely with the director of Sales.
• Carry out any other similar tasks.

Requirements:

• Having your DCS.
• Experience in a hardware store (a great asset).
• Bilingualism, spoken and written, mandatory.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position and/or in the field.
• Extensive knowledge in MS Office.

Salary: 35 000$ per year

Schedule: Day / 8 AM to 5 PM / 40 hours per week / Monday to Friday
