Our client is a NPO in Laval and is looking for someone focused on customer service to fill the position of coordinator.

Tasks:

• Answer and handle calls;
• Manage logistical problems or employee complaints;
• Schedule and confirm appointments;
• Travel to clients’ residence;
• Write short reports after the intervention;
• Follow-up with the clerks on the road;
• Take voicemail messages and call them back;
• Do other tasks related to the position.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar position;
• Experience in customer service on the telephone, an asset;
• Experience in a community center or NPO, an asset;
• Good level of bilingualism – especially spoken.
• Have access to a vehicle;
• Have no legal impediment related to the position.

Salary: 40 000$ to 45 000$ per year, based on experience

Schedule: Day, from 8am to 4pm / 35 hours per week

Status: One year contract with possible extension.
