Our client is a company known in the clothing industry and is seeking a customer service clerk for about one year. They wish to fill the position for their office in Ville Saint-Laurent. The person in charge must be bilingual, professional and customer service oriented.

Administrative tasks:

• Answer and handle customer calls.
• Take and handle orders.
• Manage credits and returns.
• Enters orders in the SAP system.
• Offer a polite customer service, which includes updating customers on the status and delivery of their order.
• Keep customer files up to date
• Issue authorization numbers
• Any other tasks required for the position.

Requirements:

• Knowledge in
• Knowledge in SAP.
• Bilingualism, essential.
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar position (customer service on the telephone or at an order desk).

Salary: 18$ to 19$ per hour

Schedule: Day / 8:30 AM to 5 or 9:30 AM to 6 PM / 37.5 hours per week
