ON CALL, EVENING AND WEEKEND POSITIONS!

URGENT!! We are looking for over 60 people to work as customer service agents for surveys. Do you love giving impeccable customer service? Whether you are available 5, 10, 20 or 40 hours per week, come meet us at 1255 Robert-Bourassa office 1418 (McGill metro) between 9am and 4pm.

The job mostly consists of:

  • Answer set questions on the telephone.
  • Be comfortable working with a large amount of calls.
  • Answer clients’ questions and information.
  • Other tasks required for the position.

Requirements:

  • At least 6 months of experience in a similar position.
  • Excellent level of bilingualism, spoken.
  • Experience in a call center, an asset.

Salary: 11.25$ per hour

Schedule: Day and/or evening – according to your availabilities
