Our client in Ville St-Laurent is currently looking for a customer service agent for a mandate of an indefinite period.

Your tasks:

  • Answer incoming calls while give excellent customer service;
  • Answer clients’ questions;
  • Provide information on the services;
  • Enter information in the database;
  • Write daily reports for the clients you are in charge of.
  • Carry out any other tasks required for the position.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position (customer service on the phone);
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment – Essential;

Salary: 17$ to 20$ per hour, based on experience and qualifications
