The position is under the supervision of one or many project managers.

Description of responsibilities: 

• Prepare offers and proposals.
• Help the contract manager in contract acquisition and administration.
• Enter orders in the computer system.
• Prepare subcontractors’’ contracts, purchase orders, sales purchases and guaranteed orders.
• Interact with many services and clients of certain assigned projects.
• Organize the workload.

Requirements:

• Diploma of college studies or a Bachelor’s in business management, project management.
• Minimum 2 years of experience or a combination of education and experience.
• Experience in surfacing or construction are an asset.
• Basic accounting knowledge
• Bilingualism is required (oral and written).

Schedule: Monday to Friday / 35 hours per week.
