Our client is a company in the transport industry, is located in Lachine and is looking for someone to fill the position of claims agent.

Tasks:

• Answer calls regarding clients’ questions of all sorts (general information, delivery, claims, etc.).
• Offer an excellent customer service.
• Enter data in the data base.
• Create relations with the clients by quickly providing information regarding the treatment of files.
• Revise many documents to check their conformity with legal procedures.
• Write mail and ensure their follow-up.
• Prepare and keep customer files up to date (mail, legal documents, etc.).
• Carry out any other tasks required for the position.

Requirements:

• Experience in customer service.
• Experience in the transport industry (an asset).
• Bilingualism – Essential.
• Good knowledge in Excel (Office).

Salary: 40 000$ per year

Schedule: Day shift, from 8 AM to 5 PM (1h lunch) / 40h per week.
