Your tasks will be to:

• Manage purchasing budgets.
• Analyze and manage relations with suppliers.
• Manage the building maintenance team
• Supervise the team work and ensure the quality.
• Submit and plan following tasks.
• Coordinate daily maintenance management.
• Be in charge of building maintenance.
• Complete other related tasks requested by your immediate superior.

Requirements:

• DSC in building technology or related to the position.
• Minimum 8 years of experience as a maintenance director.
• Knowledge in ventilation, electricity, plumbing and general maintenance.
• Experience and knowledge in tall buildings and/or collective construction.
• Have access to a vehicle and valid driver’s license (essential).

Salary: Competitive salary
