Under the supervisor’s authority, the job consists of:

• Classifying and entering data in the system.
• Verifying bills.
• Creating files for new clients.
• Updating clients’ files.
• Following-up with clients’ files.
• Credit and claims management alongside suppliers.
• Doing other tasks related to the position.

Requirements:

• Experience in a similar position.
• Experience in construction – an asset.
• Good knowledge of MS Office.
• Good bilingualism in both oral and written.
• Essential: have access to a vehicle (the company is not accessible by public transportation).

Salary: 18,50$ per hour.

Schedule: Day, from 7am to 5pm / 40 hours per week

Status: Permanent.
