Founded the late 80s, a well-managed residence for retirees is currently looking for an assistant cook on the road. Your mission, as well as the one for the group, is to offer people over 60 years old social and community housing and to maintain an active role for retirees.

The tasks consist of:

  • Helping the chef in preparing the food;
  • Serving the food;
  • Delivering by car to the residents living near the center.

Requirements:

  • Valid class 5 driver’s license (will be checked during the interview).
  • Experience in the kitchen industry.
  • Good communication in French is necessary.
  • Punctuality, sense of initiative and resourcefulness (important assets).

Salary: 13$ to 16$ an hour, based on experience.

Schedule: Day, 7:30 AM to 3 PM, Monday to Friday.  

Status: Stable, long term with possible hire directly by the client.
