Our client is a manufacturing company in the Granby region, known across North America, focusing on the quality and durability of their products, and is currently looking for 5 assemblers.

Tasks:

• Transform the raw material with a simple machine requiring some adjustments.
• Plan your work based on the manufacturing cards and work instructions received for material transformation.
• Adjust the components and verify quality control.
• Receive and verify the parts/components of the finished products, prepared by the assembling plan and assemble them.
• Relaunch a nonconforming product on the production line, prepare orders and, on occasion, help the line.
• Relaunch defective parts.
• Carry out any other general tasks requested by your immediate superior.

Requirements:

• Secondary 5 completed.
• Experience in a similar position.
• Knowledge in the English and metric measurements.
• Read sketches, manufacturing cards and customer labels.
• Extensive knowledge in using a measuring tape.
• Able to lift heavy loads.
• Good manual dexterity.

Salary: 12.58$ to 14.36$ per hour + Evening premium of 0.60$/h.

Schedule: Day, from 7am to 3:30pm / Evening, from 3:15pm to 11:45pm.
