Requirements :

  • The proposed resource must have a secondary school diploma;
  • The proposed resource must have a valid enhanced security clearance;
  • The proposed resource must have a minimum of 6 months experience within the past 2 years advising Managers on financial matters;
  • The proposed resource must have a minimum of 6 months experience within the past 2 years using the commitment module, financial reporting and free balance module within SAP;
  • The resource must have a minimum of 6 months experience within the last 2 years working as an Executive Assistant (Director level or higher and or equivalent);
  • The proposed resource must have at least 3 years’ experience within the last 5 years on budget administration, and preparing financial reports for senior management;
  • The resource must be bilingual at the advanced level.
