Our client is seeking a resourceful and professional person to fill the temporary and part-time position of telephone operator in the North Shore.

Administrative tasks:

• Answer calls and answer politely.
• Take messages and transfer calls.
• Send letters (direct mail).
• Assist two managers with their administrative tasks (writing letters, entering data, etc.)
• Carry out any other administrative tasks requested for the position.

Requirements:

• Good knowledge of MS Office (especially Word, direct mail and merger).
• DVS in secretariat or the equivalent.
• Easily being able to use office equipment (photocopier, fax, etc.)
• Very good French grammar.
• Functional bilingualism.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in the municipal sector, an asset.

Salary: 14$ to 16$ per hour

Schedule: Day / 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM (1 hour lunch) / 2 to 3 days per week

Status: Temporary (indefinite)
