Our client in Montreal just finished moving to their new offices in a wired environment.

Description of the responsibilities:

  • Develop presentation activities for the province of Quebec.
  • Develop and train your team.
  • Contact potential and current clients, and offer our services.
  • Create and maintain all customer relations.
  • Analyze the needs in order to promote the retail development and renewal.
  • Interact with many beings such as municipalities, real estate brokers, malls, etc.
  • Organize the workload according to the fixed objectives.
  • Respect all established performance indicators.

Requirements:

  • DCS or Bachelor’s degree in business administration or relevant to the position.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales and property accounts.
  • Excellent ability to attract new companies and clientele by finding new opportunities.
  • Experience relevant to the position will be considered.
  • Bilingualism is required (spoken and written).
