Administrative tasks:

• Manage 15 to 25 drivers.
• Manage the equipment.
• Coordinate the dispatch in the need for equipment in the city and on the dock.
• Assign drivers.
• Manage the long distance movements in the units dispatch system
• Contact the central dispatch on a regular basis to establish the need for drivers.
• Carry out any other similar tasks

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience in dispatch.
• Knowledge of the Truckmate software (an asset).
• Bilingualism, necessary.
• Good knowledge of the Suite Office.
• Excellent knowledge in the geography of Canada.

The ideal candidate will:

• Be organized, multi-skilled and a fast worker.
• Have good priority management.
• Be able to work in a team.

Salary: 50 000$ to 55 000$ per year according to experience.

Schedule: Day shift.

Status: Permanent.
