Administrative tasks:

• Do the recruitment process.
• Develop the employer brand.
• Take care of the group insurance administration.
• Develop organization steps.
• Organize health and safety prevention activities as well as manage the incapacity management.
• Issue follow ups of the original retention.
• Develop training programs.
• Develop employee skills.
• Analyze the internal engagement.
• Develop work conditions.
• Carry out any other similar tasks.

Requirements:

• University degree in human resources.
• Minimum 1 to 3 years of experience in human resources or in a similar role.
• Being perfectly bilingual (spoken and written).

Schedule: Day / 35 hours per week / 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM
