Our client is an organization in the health field and is seeking two organized and resourceful executive assistants.

Administrative tasks:

• Provide administrative support to the manager.
• Manage the director’s agenda.
• Write and layout documents (letters, tables, PowerPoint presentations, forms, etc.)
• Plan meetings.
• Carry out any other tasks required for the position.

The ideal candidate will:

• Have good interpersonal skills.
• Be able to plan, organize and manage time.

Requirements:

• Diploma in secretariat, office automation or administration.
• Experience in the healthcare network, an asset.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar position.
• Excellent level of bilingualism, spoken and written.
• Extensive knowledge in MS Office.

Salary: 20$ to 26$ per hour

Schedule: Day shift / 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM / 35 hours per week

Status: Temporary, indefinite
