Our client is in the field of transport and is seeking an appointment clerk for their Dorval office.

The job consists of: 

• Contacting clients for appointments.
• Verifying the proof of delivery and freight bills at the drivers’ arrival.
• Helping the dispatcher with their tasks, when needed.
• Contacting agents for merchandise outside of Montreal by email or telephone.
• Carrying out any other tasks required for the position.

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 to 12 months of experience in the field of transport.
• Access to a vehicle.
• Very good level of bilingualism, especially in writing (essential).
• Good knowledge in computer systems.
• Great communication skills and being comfortable making telephone calls.
