Located in Downtown Montreal, our client is an IT company that has been in business for 15 years and is seeking an accounting clerk to join their young and dynamic team!

Under the close supervision of the financial controller, the accounting clerk will have to complete the following tasks:

• Carry out the entire accounting cycle.
• Be in charge of the accounts payable and receivable.
• Be in charge of the payroll.
• Do financial statements.
• Write accounting reports.
• Enter data in many accounting systems.
• Carry out any other tasks requested by the Controller.

Requirements:

• DCS degree in Accounting or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position.
• Excellent level of bilingualism, spoken and written.
• Knowledge in the full accounting cycle.
• Extensive knowledge in the suite MS Office.
• Knowledge in the QuickBooks and Simple Accounting systems, an asset.

Salary: 45 000$ to 50 000$ based on skills and qualifications

Schedule: Day / 8:30 AM to 5 PM / 37.5 hours per week / Monday to Friday
