We are currently seeking 40 welcoming and proactive ambassadors to join our team of customer experience ambassadors.

Tasks and responsibilities:

• Answer travelers’ needs.
• Identify and understand the travelers’ behaviours.
• Suggest personalized solutions regarding the clientele’s specific needs.
• Go above and beyond the needs and surpass their expectations.
• Properly use the resources and tools at your disposal.
• Promote the services offered within the environment.
• Find alternatives and concrete solutions for visitors’ questions.
• Give a ‘’WOW experience’’ for the users.
• Always be a solutions officer.
• Carry out any other similar tasks.

Requirements:

• Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
• Perfectly bilingual (French and English), extensive knowledge in a third language, a great asset.
• Being available to work different shifts.
• Being able to work standing for long hours.
• Two years of experience in customer service.
• Be available to start from July 16, 2018.

The ideal candidate will:

• Have good knowledge of the Greater Montreal area.

• Be available to work different shifts like 3 AM to 8 AM or noon to 9:30 PM

Salary: 18$ per hour

Schedule: Variable / Day, evening and weekend shift

Status: 1 year contract with possible permanence
