We are seeking a multi-skilled and motivated welder for a long-term position for our client in Saint-Hubert, Montreal South Shore. The company has been in business for over 40 years and is an important manufacturing company of standard and custom industrial equipment. Your main tasks consist of reading plans, MIG welding on steel while following occupational health and safety rules, and carrying out any other tasks related to the position.

Requirements:

  • DVS in welding, not completed
  • 1 to 3 months of experience in welding
  • Being able to lift loads as heavy as 50 pounds
  • Good manual dexterity
  • Repetitive work
  • Being alert
  • Wearing safety boots is mandatory

Salary: 17$ to 20$ per hour based on experience

Schedule: Evening/ 3:30 PM to 2 AM, Monday to Thursday

Status: Temporary to permanent.
