The tasks consist of:

• Receiving providers’ stock: unloading trucks, controlling documentation and physical allocation.
• Coordinating the process and conditioning (assembling) and supervising teams to ensure that quality standards and schedules are met.
• Helping or shipping orders according to the warehouse supervisor’s orders.
• Helping manage stock, physical count, the movement of stock-analysis of variance and adjustments.
• Doing and making sure the exactitude of transactions in SAGE 300, you will have to examine discrepancies and correct them.
• Doing other tasks related to the position.

Requirements:

• Forklift competence license.
• Experience in staff management.
• Experience in integrated management systems.
• Great knowledge in Word, Excel, Outlook.
• Very organized.
• Bilingual (French/English).

Salary: 55 000$ and more, based on experience.
